Mahle Motorsports 2618 PowerPak Pistons

Mahle's PowerPak 2618 piston is a GREAT track piston for vehicles with Serious upgrades, ranging from 500+HP and beyond! Perfect for Track usage and weekend warrior.  

2618 Alloy has a very high expansion compared to its 4032 alloy counter part, meaning this will not be as forgiving as a 4032. But what it doesn't give up is its strength and its ability to hold high power with minimal failures.  

PowerPak pistons feature slipper skirt style forgings which are strong and lightweight. A phosphate coating is used to prevent microwleding in the ring grooves and pin galling. Grafal skirt coating is applied to reduce drag and scuffing on the cylinder.
